Definitely to a Simpson's Con to meet TPB and talk Simpsons. However, I'm not convinced he's go to the Outdoors show...here's why: He's trained in all things outdoors, so he knows most everything. And his 'fishing' isn't about actually catching anything, so why would he need new gear - and if he did, he could order it from Cabela's right online! ;)

I know that RDA made a comment about Amanda's hair, something to the effect "didn't you used to be blonde?" but I can't remember in what context, unfortunately. Maybe someone else will remember. That's the only time I remember him mentioning her hair color.

I was watching the Between Two Fires commentary & William Gereghty (director who worked with RDA for many years) was commenting on how "he's really grown as an actor." I think RDA gets underestimated and it was nice to hear a good comment on his acting.

Yeah, he says he doesn't have much talent, but I don't think playing O'Neill is as easy as he makes it look. As snarky as Jack can be, you could hate him in other hands. And when you see him actually being serious-- (Abyss particularly stands out, but you see it in other episodes too) --he can really convey feelings in a non-showy way. I think that's tougher than chewing up the scenery.

Yeah, Legend was only half a season and Paramount canceled it. It had good press but never really found it's audience, more's the pity. It is really fun to watch. I wish it would come out on DVD. He never did get around to answering that question did he?

If I'm not mistaken, I think Martin Wood makes similar comments about RDA's acting talent in the commentary for Abyss. I think it's during the scenes Jack has with ascended Daniel.
